ZLB series Asphalt recycling plant can add up to 40% recycled asphalt pavement(RAP) to the new hot mix asphalt, which can meet road building specifications at any levels.
Features as below:
1. Special design for the interim silo, weighing hopper and charging chute of RAP with heating units has solved the adhensve problem of RAP;
2. Exhaust asphalt smoke generating from the heating process of RAP is introduced into the RAP drum dryer and the new aggregates drum dryer for secondary burning to prevent th baghouse from adhesion and make the emission reach environmental protection requirement.
3. The sophisticated control system is compatible for both recycling and batch plants for smooth operation;
4. Oil or coal burning system isavailable, and Roady's patented technology is used on the coal burning system and drum dryer, which makes customers more profitable.
