Hydraulic system
By optimizing the control strategy, the arm
regeneration and rapid oil return are achieved, and the valve core is precisely controlled, which improves the excavation efficiency and control performance of the whole machine.
The displacement of the plunger pump is increased from 112cc to 125cc, which is generally increased by 5-10%. The engine can use a wider speed range and is easier to operate in the economic fuel consumption area.
The newly upgraded 14D reducer has improved slewing capacity, stronger slope working capacity, and faster slewing start speed. The slewing device increases the slewing capacity by 12%. The machine's slewing driving force is increased, the working capacity on the slope is improved, and the slewing start speed is accelerated.
Bucket upgrade
Earthwork bucket is standard, rock bucket is optional, achieving "one bucket for one condition" to meet the needs of different working conditions. The bucket shape is optimized to increase the smoothness of material penetration and reduce friction. The angle between the front blade and the support bottom plate is increased to improve the full bucket rate. The average resistance during the excavation process is reduced, and the excavation efficiency is improved.
Fully electronically controlled hydraulic system
Adopting HOPE fully electronically controlled technology, through the development and application of high-performance electric proportional control main valve, the controller can accurately control the valve core, improving the excavation efficiency and controllability of the whole machine. Adopting a new hydraulic circuit, reducing the return oil power loss, establishing the best control, high power transmission rate, high efficiency and low fuel consumption.
