Simple operation
There are two steering wheels, two seats, and two independent control systems for operations. The speed change adopts electric control handle and two-speed gear shift design, which can respectively meet the requirements of compaction and site transfer, together with flexible electronic control operation and comfortable handfeel, greatly reduces the labor intensity of the drivers.
Excellent performance
Adopting the pneumatic tyre to compact the layer will not damage the compacted materials. The compact performance can be improved by adding or reducing the counterweight and changing the inflation pressure of the tyres. Because of the kneading effect produced by the tyre's elasticity, the material displacement will be produced in all directions, forming even dense surface without cracks, which can prolong the service life of the road.
Adopt the front wheels swing mechanism. When the machine works on rough road, the mechanism ensures the even ground pressure, which can make the materials be compacted evenly.
The optional international leading infrared tyre heating system realizes the no water sprinkling work of the compactor, and improves the density and service life of the road.
Unique structure
The transmission system adopts the hydraulic transmission with infinitely variable speeds. The start of the torque converter and the speed change are stable and without impact, reducing the shear stress to the road, and improving the compacting quality. The torque converter adopts hydrodynamic drive, which makes the compactor have adaptivity, ensures the diesel engine and the transmission system work under the rated working condition, and prolongs the service life of the compactor.
Safety and reliability
The brake system includes emergency brake and hand brake. The emergency brake adopts air over oil shoe brake system, ensuring the safety, durability and reliability of the machine. The hand brake adopts diaphragm spring brake, it supplements the foot brake and is restricted by the foot brake, featuring safety and reliability.
