JVR360Z 90meters depth Rotary Drilling Rig with 360Kn.m
Possessing reliable system, strong power and expansible tracks. Lengthened tracks improve stability of drill rig. Up structure is driven by dual reduction gears, which eliminates braking problems. The system is capable of adapting all complicated working conditions, with advantages such as economical, efficient, environmental-friendly, stable, etc.
Cummins QSM11-C428 diesel engine is selected. By altering combustion processes, fuel consumption of this engine is reduced, with maximum power of 428 bhp, which is 319KW. Improvement of main components: camshaft, piston, oil atomizer, turbocharger for waste gas release valve, filter; improved crankcase breathing system, fit machine oil pump with lining; improve abrasive resistance to extend maintenance cycle.
Main winching device is built in rotatory platform, adopting imported Rexroth reducer and motor, featuring high stability, low maintenance costs and great stability of drill; steel cable diameter is 36 mm, operating on the first layer of reel drum, multiplying service life of steel cable, reducing customers' maintenance costs. Falling protection feature is also added to improve service life of main winching device.
