High Performance XE135GA 13.5t Hydraulic Crawler Excavator for Road Construction

The XE135GA hydraulic excavator is a brand-new non-road China IV emission standard excavator developed independently, drawing on advanced technologies from similar international products and incorporating the latest technology. It features the latest technology, prioritizes safety and environmental performance, and boasts exceptionally high productivity. The newly upgraded XE135GA hydraulic excavator boasts increased power, lower fuel consumption, and enhanced operational performance, making it widely applicable for farmland irrigation, river desilting, and municipal construction, handling diverse applications such as excavation, crushing, and demolition.

The excavator utilizes a high-powered 89kW engine with a tailored operating characteristic curve, delivering high torque at low speeds. The high-pressure common rail injection system utilizes a novel control strategy, with the ECM automatically controlling the number and volume of injections during each operation cycle based on load conditions. This delivers increased power and fuel economy, meeting the latest China IV emission standards for non-road vehicles without the need for urea. The 4.5L engine provides enhanced power and smoother operation, boasting a 3kW increase in power and 6% increase in maximum output torque compared to the China III XE135D. Regeneration cycle > 100 hours; DPF cleaning cycle > 5000 hours, reducing operating costs.

A new, large-displacement, high-efficiency main pump reduces internal leakage; the swash plate angle increases power density, enabling greater overall throughput. A new generation of high-efficiency main valve eliminates some logic valves, minimizing pressure loss and enhancing operational capacity. The larger boom cylinder increases digging force by up to 9%, providing more powerful cutting.

A new, large-scale, all-parallel aluminum radiator utilizes integral brazing technology and features an ultra-large,
positive-pressure degassing expansion tank to reduce cavitation and extend pump life. Combined with a large-diameter fan, wind velocity contours and temperature streamlines are generated through finite element simulation to optimize the wind field and lower the thermal equilibrium temperature, meeting continuous operation requirements in an environment of 50°C.

The slewing platform utilizes a new rigid box structure, with key plate thickness increased by up to 25% and maximum stress reduced by 30%, providing greater strength and longevity. The turntable side beams utilize a D-shaped tube structure to enhance the turntable's resistance to external impact. The turntable's main body is entirely welded using robotic welding technology, enhancing the durability and safety of its structural components. The engine mount system boasts a vibration isolation rating of ≥17dB, while the cab mount system boasts a vibration isolation rating of ≥7dB, improving operator comfort.

The undercarriage's travel mechanism features reinforced track links at key stress-bearing locations, increasing their strength and impact resistance, significantly extending track life. The grease tray has been replaced with a single-piece stamped component, ensuring the seal ring's roundness during installation, preventing wrinkles and improving sealing performance. The X-beam has been reinforced, significantly increasing end-face strength through increased box beam size, plate thickness, and structural improvements.

The all-new cab boasts a 10% increase in visibility and a 5% increase in operator space. Positive pressure reduces dust intrusion, enhances sealing, and reduces noise. The all-new seat structure features an 8% wider and longer cushion, and the armrest adjusts synchronously with the seat, ensuring convenient access to all controls for a more comfortable ride.
