HB43 Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump
HB43 truck-Mounted Concrete Pump with 5-section step-less change "RZ" folding placing boom is suitable for applications in confined sites. Sections of the placing boom can be operated not only individually but also simultaneously, so nearly eliminate all construction blind areas. Closed hydraulic system with less loss of pressure saves 20% of energy compared with open hydraulic system. Buffer device equipped in pumping system decreases shock to "S"-valve. "S"-valve can compensate wear clearance automatically and has long lifetime. 43m placing boom, turntable and outrigger assy. are imported from WAITZINGER Company Germany. The placing boom is made of SSAB Sweden steel plate with 900kgf/cm2 of yield strength, and the method of quadrilateral tack welding is adopted. The front 3 sections of placing boom are "Z"-folded; the sections 4 and 5 are "R" -folded. The slewing range of the 3rd section is 0-270°, more flexible to operate. The turntable is made of SSAB steel plate with yield strength of 700kgf/cm2. The turntable assy. has the function of connecting the slewing bearing of the placing boom and outrigger assy. |
