1, Cold aggregate supply system

The tilted middle filter with no vibration will prevent large aggregate entering into the drying drum and elevator; favorable for reducing

4. Oil burning system

5.Hot aggregate elevator

6. Bag dust catcher system

7.Mixer tower
Components:
(1). A vibrating screen with three and a half layer;

Basal mesh size: 27×27,20×20,16×16,11×11,5×5 (mm*mm)for a set in all;

Attention: the screen mesh can be designed according to the clients' requirement. The client must indicate when ordering the plant, and we will execute according to this configuration if without indication.
(2) Hot material bins
Components: four isolated bins will be convenient for conveyance as an integral modular; all cylinders are put outwards in parallel; tie-in and plug socket are easy to replace; inside the bin is equipped with pressure discharging pipes.
(3) Weighing bins
1) Mine powder weighing bin:
Model: single bin, suspended by three upholding points, with transportation fixed part, within the hopper is equipped with pressure discharging pipes;

1). Mixers are made from European advanced techniques, and equipped with synchronizing gear and pneumatic turning discharging door.

(5) Asphalt spray system

Motor power of pump with high viscidity & heat preservation asphalt: 15kw
Characteristic:
Use the pressure to spray quickly and evenly, favorable for shortening the mixing time and enhancing the output.
8. Filler supply system

11. Electric control system
(1) Control house
The figure dimension: 6x2.2x2.5m, Copy container structure, the walls, door and windows are made of colorized steel plate, double-layer heat preservation, It's equipped with vertical air conditioner It has pleasing shape, convenient transportation as well as good seal.
(2) Electric control part
Control cabinet is of box type, main electrical components are SIMENS or international famous brand which can be interlocked and two grade protection; the large motor will be started at a lower voltage; on the operation board is equipped with urgent manual control device and aggregate balance, filler balance and asphalt balance numeric indicator; cold aggregate numeric transducer; equipped with temperature indication at main parts and electricity indication at key parts; cold aggregate and coal timing numeric transducer, Japan OMONLON multicolor touching screen and PLC controller, it can realize automatic control, Semi-automatic control and manual control; switch between different languages on line; it also reverve positon for printer; asphalt will be weighed for two steps and can test asphalt & aggregate ratio real-time for each batch; advanced Control; reliable capability; accurate weighing; convenient and obvious operation.

III, Technical specification
1.The required conditions for the plant's running:
It can be made clear that the productivity of asphalt mixing plant is that under the standard conditions, it must fulfill the requirements as below simultaneously:
(1) Environment temperature:20ºC, standard atmospheric pressure; local altitude will be no more than 1000m;
(2) The average humidity of Cold aggregate <5%
(3) The hot mixture temperature <160ºC
(4) The mixture is of middle size, the density of stone material≥ 1600kg/m3
(5) The content of sand material in mixture <35%;
(6) The aggregate must accord with the proportion requirements of national technical specifications. The dust proportion in the cold aggregate should be no more than 3%.
(7) The cold aggregate must be clean, and it shouldn't include too much soil and sundries. The cold aggregate supply should be continuous.
(8) The cold aggregate shouldn't include large quantities of oversize grain; otherwise it will cause jam and reduce the aggregate supply capability.
(9) The water content in filler material should be less than 0.5%, and the filler shouldn't have conglomeration and agglomeration, otherwise it will cause material supply break and time delay accordingly influence the capacity.
(10) The asphalt should be with well wrapping capability, during standard mixing circle, the aggregate should be completely wrapped by asphalt; the asphalt temperature should be controlled within the scope of 150ºC±5ºC. The using asphalt is normal asphalt.
2. The requirements for fuel:
A. Light oil: diesel oil,heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg;
B. The heavy oil model is determined according to the selected main burner, heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg The customer needs to purchase heavy oil according the oil quality standard, and require the oil supplier to provide oil quality essay or the correlative certificates. The using fuel must have well burning and pulverization capability. Forbid using kinds of causticity fuel or the products from unqualified oil producing factory. (All the burner damage or failure that caused by diesel or heavy oil quality problem, the correlative damaged spare parts and customer oneself should afford the repair expense.
IV. The items of the customer should equip and be responsible for themselves:
(1) the transformer, the cables between control-room and the transformer, the cables from transformer to conduction oil stove cabinet should be equipped by customers,supplier can provide the type and requirement of the cables.
(2)The customer should build the foundation according to the load requirements and the foundation drawing provided by us. The customer can increase or deepen the foundation concrete or redesign the plant installation foundation and accessory establishments.
The crane, power supply, electric welding equipment and other necessary instruments, material used for installation; the lube and grease for the equipment, the material used for foundation.
The required material during debugging and producing, sand, stone material, asphalt, fuel oil, heat transmitting oil, dumping car, loader and operator etc. the necessary test and assay.
Hot oil should be equipped by the customerTemperature grade is 320ºC;
The power supply system should adopt AC380V, 50Hz and single loop three phase-four wire power, it should be indicated in the contract if there is any special requirement.
The other required equipment, instrument and work not mentioned in this configuration and specification.
According to the actual situation, the customer should be responsible for the anti-thunder and earthing equipment himself.
(9) the air conditioner and printer needed in control room should be equipped by client, we can provide type of them for reference; and we have provided joint position for air conditioner and printer;
V. Attention contents
