8 Ton Heavy Wheel Loader with rock bucket (LG989)
LG989 is a large-tonnage wheel loader newly designed. Adhering to the core philosophy of "Reliability in Action", the design and manufacture of key components are comprehensively enhanced, so that the complete machine is more reliable and efficient.
1. Implement: It is applied with the more reliable reinforced implement. The main cutting board of the bucket is of the trapezoidal wear-resisting steel structure, and the bottom wear-resisting plate is of the thickened concave structure, which ensures small insertion resistance and good wear-resisting property.
2. Centralized lubrication: The centralized lubrication system is supplied as standard, achieving timing, located and rationed lubrication, and thus reducing pin shaft wear and grease consumption.
3. Drive axle: It is applied with the VOLVO SWB4B wet axle and the full-hydraulic brake, featuring large bearing capacity, good braking performance and high reliability, and better adapted to various harsh operating conditions.
4. Transmission: It is applied with the HT220 axis-fixed electro-hydraulic transmission with four gears respectively in the front and at the back, which has the forced gear down function (KD key) and ensures easy control and high efficiency.
5. Brake system: The complete machine is applied with the full-hydraulic brake, featuring smooth and reliable braking and good safety.
6. Frame: The new-generation frame of the box-type structure is adopted, which provides reasonable load distribution and steering soft stop and reduces the impact, with the overall fatigue life up to 8, 000 h; The hinged part is of the composite structure of tapered roller bearing and spherical plain bearing, which is more suitable for the harsh operating conditions.
7. Engine: It is applied with the imported dedicated low-speed high-torque 13 L engine, featuring low fuel consumption, strong power and high reliability, which is provided with the SIEDIA fault detection interface, facilitating the inspection and maintenance of the engine.
8. Cooling system: It is applied with the box-type cooling system of independent heat dissipation of patented technology, and the controller automatically adjusts the cooling fan speed depending on the water temperature, and the inlet air temperature of the intercooler, which ensures energy efficiency.
9. Cab: It is applied with the FOPS/ROPS cab, which enables wide vision and large operating space; The full-coverage cab interior is adopted, which offers good sealing performance and lower interior noise; The internal/external circulation A/C is equipped as standard, which ensures safety and comfort.
10. Electrical system: The self-developed digitized combined dashboard is adopted, which ensures high human-machine interaction; The centralized control is adopted for the electric apparatus of the complete machine, which ensures convenient inspection and maintenance and high reliability of electrical components.
11. Hydraulic system: It is applied with the variable displacement piston pump and the pilot control and load-sensing full-hydraulic steering system, which enables easy control and energy efficiency.
